To support our team, we are seeking to employ an experienced:
Executive Secretary (full-time)
In this position you will be our Executive’s “right-hand person” who enables them to advance company initiatives and goals. You can filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of our executive’s role so that they can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions. This role also works closely with our Corporate Operations team (COPS), the backbone of our company, which consist of our HR department & Office Coordinator. Our international office environment is dynamic and sometimes fast paced, it can be deeply serious and professional, yet also familiar & fun.
