UNIGAS has been a quality certified company since January 1993, presently under the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation. Furthermore the fleet safety and quality management systems are continuously under review in order to meet the highest operating and safety standards.

This involves the fleet exceeding not only international, state and port legislation, but also to meet the future demands of the petrochemical / LPG industry and its vetting requirements. The safety & quality process in UNIGAS is continuously evolving to improve overall Technical, Quality, Safety and Environment (TQSE) performance. As part of this, UNIGAS has centrally coordinated TQSE matters at the Rotterdam office for the entire fleet.

All inspection results and any incidents are reviewed and are subject to thorough analyses and benchmarking. These results and analyses are then shared throughout the company, both at sea and ashore, to obtain continuous operating improvements.
